VedicSoma [SO-mah] — the nectar of the gods: a drink that expands consciousness and brings you closer to the numinous.
GreekSoma — body. Fittingly: holistic body and process work is at the core of what I offer.
OriginMy birth name is Sophia-Marie — Soma is the short form. Many people know me as Soma.
From a week of daily voice notes to a stretch of time where I come and live with you —
two forms of the same work: breath, Reiki, root work, presence. You decide how deep.
"I see in you what you cannot yet see in yourself."
— Sophia-MarieTwo Ways
One week. Full presence. Every day a voice note, a question, one step closer to yourself — no travel required.
We stay in touch — in writing over chat, with voice notes, and/or by phone if you'd rather talk. You bring your questions — I answer, not with ready-made solutions, but with what shows up in the moment.
You share what's going on, and I accompany you through the process while your everyday life keeps moving. There's room, too, for whatever is emotionally pressing or heavy right now.
"Wow, I've never seen it that way before! Thank you for this perspective."
— Anonymous"I'm so grateful that you're here — and to myself, for calling you!"
— Peter"I feel freer than I have in a long time. So free it brings tears to my eyes — tears of joy. Thank you for being here."
— EvaAnd if digital isn't enough —
I come to you. I live with you, for the length of our time together. Not because any single practice strictly needs closeness — but because presence itself is the work. No call, no window into a screen: a shared space where what can only be hinted at from afar gets room to unfold.
Some scenarios where our paths might meet:
Fields of Impact
What's needed reveals itself in the moment — no schedule we're bound to follow.
I'm there, undivided — your system gets to regulate against mine.
What I reflect back is perception, not verdict.
Space to allow — for what you've so far denied yourself.
Quiet, but effective — the moment that breaks an old pattern.
Gentle commitment — the body remembering what it's capable of.
What moves through it: breath and root work interlace — breath is often the way root work becomes possible at all. Reiki can technically be practiced at a distance too; here it's a quality I bring, not the reason for closeness. Muse Presence is the frame that holds it all: a consciously held co-living space centered on presence, honest encounter, and embodied experience.
"Whenever you're here, it feels like a blessing."
— Eva"It feels really good. Like something of the unexpressed pain from the past few months could finally flow."

How Book A Soma Came to Be
August 2025. I had just started letting go of my things, giving up my apartment, and becoming a nomad.
Ralf — whose honored guest I am every time I'm in Leipzig — said something that stuck with me:
"You're a guest people should pay, because you bring so much value."
Shortly after, I was staying with a friend who was in conflict with her partner — someone who had once been a client of mine at a breathwork retreat. I became a third party in their process. Little by little, without planning it. I moved through the apartment fluidly, sensing, without knowing that this was already the work.
He said:
"You're here at exactly the right time to mirror — but you also sense when it's time to go. You should really go to people's homes."
Through him came the name: Book A Soma.
"Every difficulty holds a treasure — let's uncover it together."
