Terms & Conditions
Note: the following T&Cs cover the photography services. An expanded version covering sessions, subscriptions and donations will follow at the launch of the new site.
Scope
Only what is agreed in the order confirmation and previously discussed when the order was placed shall apply. Any additional costs are billed separately.
Copyright and usage rights
Sophia Beck retains all copyright. Clients receive limited usage rights only for agreed purposes. Unauthorized use will be billed at a minimum of five times the agreed usage fee.
Payment
Payment is due within 10 days of invoicing without deductions. All prices are net amounts excluding sales tax.
Cancellation
If the photographer cannot complete the service for reasons not their own, a 50% cancellation fee applies.
Complaints
Written complaints must be filed within three working days. After this period, the work is deemed accepted.
Liability
Liability is restricted to cases of gross negligence or intent and capped at the agreed fee.
Governing law and jurisdiction
German law applies. Jurisdiction is at Sophia Beck's location.
