How Book A Soma Came to Be
August 2025. I had just started letting go of my things, giving up my apartment, and becoming a nomad.
Ralf — whose honored guest I am every time I’m in Leipzig — said something that stuck with me: “You’re a guest people should pay, because you bring so much value.”
Shortly after, I was staying with a friend who was in conflict with her partner — someone who had once been a client of mine at a breathwork retreat. I became a third party in their process. Little by little, without planning it. I moved through the apartment fluidly, sensing, without knowing that this was already the work.
He said: “You’re here at exactly the right time to mirror — but you also sense when it’s time to go. You should really go to people’s homes.”
Through him came the name: Book A Soma.
Soma is, in Vedic Sanskrit, the nectar of the gods — a drink that expands consciousness and brings people closer to the numinous. That’s exactly what I bring: not a method that wants to fix you, but a presence that opens your system to what is already within you.
If you want to know what this work actually looks like: Book A Soma.
